Introduction to Human-Centered Design, IDEO
A virtual course to mastering the 4 steps of the human-centered design process to create innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Course objectives include building an effective research method, practicing creative techniques to build rapid prototypes, and learning to effectively test prototypes with users and identify innovative solutions.
Adaptive Leadership, IDEO
A virtual practical application course, utilizing the tools and techniques of Adaptive Leadership, a practical framework developed at Harvard Kennedy School of Government for leading change. Course objectives include designing a methodology that strengthens the ability to create lasting change and successfully leading an organization in applying that methodology.
